Fukushima Mercenary Group

We first encountered the Fukushima Mercenary Group when they were hired by the Sendai Group to fight us. We defeated Atsuko, Sasami, and Moe. After Nadia Bennouna vouched for their professionalism, we hired them to keep prisoners for us (through the use of Tsuruya Yuki's power). After Sabrina sparred with Yuki, Fukushima agreed to sign a mutual defense pact with White Ribbon.

They agreed to join in negotiations with the Tokyo Council, along with the Pleiades Saints.
