Kaname Madoka

Kaname Madoka is a canon PMMM character. (PMMM Wiki Link)

In the timeline immediately prior to PMAS, Madoka Wished that "everything could be fixed". It's currently believed that this wish is the reason that Sabrina Vee exists.

Madoka was present when Sabrina first woke up in the alleyway, and was there when Sabrina made her Wish. She has been a friend to Sabrina ever since. After Mami found out about the true nature of Soul Gems, she shared that information with Madoka and Sayaka.

Sabrina has gone to Madoka for guidance on several occasions, including to ask her whether she was right to not tell Sayaka about Oriko. Sabrina has also helped Homura deal with Madoka, giving Homura advice and being present when Homura pleaded for Madoka to not make a contract.

Madoka has generally been kept informed of the magical girl world, being present when Sabrina first met with Nadia Bennouna, and joining White Ribbon as a political advisor alongside Hitomi when Sabrina was planning how to deal with the Tokyo Council's politics.
