Green bodysuit with silver light, carapaced armour plates. Gloves. Silver guns that shoot pixels.

The leader of the Ishinomaki group, an avid gamer, and Inoue Yuuna's sister. Her power gives her unrestricted access to government and bank databases, and she's able to track phones essentially at-will. In-combat, she's able to generate explosions and beams which appear strangely 2D and pixelated. She seems aware of how powerful her ability is, not permitting Sayaka to copy it.

She was willing to help Sabrina on several occasions, providing her with a fake ID (and supporting documentation/files in databases), and helping her try to track down Kuroki Matsuko, waiving the usual fee of a Grief Seed.
