Taller than Sabrina, with a pristine black admiral's uniform with gold trim and white gloves. Peaked cap with her Soul Gem mounted on it, and dyed green hair with blonde roots peaking through.

The leader of the Iowa group, which is itself named after her power. She's able to summon a magical copy of the USS Iowa (BB-61) which is accurate in terms of internal layout. She's very powerful, able to repair and reorient her ship (which can fly) in mere moments, and able to condense the power of the Iowa's main guns into a handgun.
